I turned to this evaluation service in Google search.I left my sneakers for repair and paid for the urgency (someone would have bought new sneakers for this money), they were done quickly and there were no questions at the time of receipt.A few times after I put them on, in the evening I noticed that the patch that was glued from the inside (just peeled off)I carried them only a few times (since it was cold, I naturally wore warmer shoes)result:We didn't find a common solution with the girl on the phone, since the warranty period exceeded two to three weeks, but damn, what kind of work is this if I had enough to put them on just a few times…I don't see any point in contacting this service anymore if the quality of the repair leaves much to be desired.I was very upset, I lost time and money, I could take it to the shoe workshop in my yard it would be two or even three times cheaper and the repair would probably be better
On the penultimate trip, I snagged a branch with my sneaker - I didn't tear it, but the mesh material looked somehow worn. I went into them for almost another month - a small gap in the upper layer (about 3x3 mm) gradually began to form in place of the abrasion.
I took it for repair. The reviews were the best here, although the work time is longer and the price is higher than the market. But these sneakers are only for trips, not for everyday wear, you could have waited.
I took it out of repair on April 9. They put the patch inside, grabbing the mesh with threads. It looked neat and inconspicuous.
The next trip was only in July. Lucky it's short.
On the second day of use, a gap began to appear again at the repair site, a week later it was already much larger than it was before the repair - a real hole. I traveled light, I didn't take any other shoes with me - walking in sneakers with a hole was frankly a bum.
The repair was carried out poorly, after short-term use for a week, the shoes are in much worse condition than they were before the repair - the sewn patch began to tear the mesh fabric.
I was sent to the workshop - the warranty is over, and it doesn't matter whether I wore it or not.
For which I put a well-deserved stake.
3 photo dates can be seen in the exif:
- June 30th (2nd day of socks) - it has already started to tear, but barely noticeable;
- July 1 (3rd day) - it is already clearly noticeable;
- July 4th (6th day) is a very big gap.
I was very excited after the first visit and just as disappointed now. One pair just lost its appearance, the front part of the fabric was wiped on the second, I don't really want to wear it now. Considering the price for the service, we are very upset.
They have clearly switched to quantity at the expense of quality. I do not like to criticize out of hand, so I am writing with the aim of getting the same quality on the third visit as the first time, even if it will be more expensive, but it is clear why
