For the first and last time, I decided to buy LORO PIANO shoes in the TSUM online store, rather involuntarily than consciously: their cost on Mytheresa is lower than in TSUM, but my size was missing. When the courier delivered the order, to my surprise, the original packaging was torn. I ordered it again, an SMS arrives that the shoes have special features (attached is a photo - someone wore shoes, they are all jammed), but their cost is like new. The third time an order with detailed comments (gift wrapping, a torn box, an unworn pair) - no packaging, there are no inserts in the shoes. This is something beyond the limit - how should you disrespect customers and how to lower your image!? I will never advise anyone to use the services of this extremely unscrupulous institution!
