When Familia appeared in Grodno, I was very happy (I know him from other countries and cities). The first 2 weeks brought great stuff. But then the whole nonsense began: new things practically stopped being imported, and what is being imported is 90% defective, and the price tag is almost like new. On many items, the price tag is higher than it was previously for manufacturers at discounts. And the guards immediately stopped looking (in the first 2 weeks they stood over us like overseers, it was very unpleasant). Shoes are generally defective, no matter what I try on — either scratched, or one foot is wider than the other, and so on. I bought tablespoons — the edges scratch the tongue. I'm shocked. The last time I was there, I bought socks, I think at least the socks will be normal! The elastic band on my ankle is pressing so hard that I had to cut it off... (I attach a photo), although my ankles are very thin. Frankly disappointed. In other cities, the situation is completely different.

Today I learned the following.. a guard named Andrey, who is apparently the administrator of this rotten place, was rude to my girlfriend and her friend. the girls were calmly changing clothes and trying on clothes in the fitting room, when suddenly this character flies in and starts not only kicking out, but forcing them to buy things that they took to try on, besides talking nonsense, you can't go into the fitting rooms if you're under 16 years old. Did I not understand what kind of lawlessness is going on in this store? In addition, judging by the reviews of this store, this is not the first time that this character flies into the bathroom while people are changing clothes.
I will definitely visit this store and hope for a mutual connection.

I really liked the store. A huge selection of goods. Friendly staff. Many thanks to the administrator who helped with the delivery of the purchased items to the car. And those who write that you were not allowed to sit on a chair...so you're sitting on a chair at home, not in a store, offended) In a word, I'm delighted with this store
