A wonderful studio with wonderful people! I've been here 4 times in a row - I like everything: interiors, ease of maintenance, cleanliness, availability of various equipment. I advise everyone and I will come many, many times myself.

There is no proper equipment in the studio. There are not even flags, the variety of nozzles leaves much to be desired.
The receptionist is impolite, he is late. Service and customer focus at 0.
We arrived at the beginning of the rental time, so the studio was closed, we had to wait for it to open on the street (and it was 6-7 pm), so for another 15-20 minutes from the beginning of the rental time, the administrator turned on the electricity and so on, was unhurried.
it seems that the person does not understand the equipment.

Terrible service, boorish communication with customers, delay in working hours while an employee (or owner) walks impressively around the studio and looks for his light, lack of studio preparation in front of clients, although this request was earlier before shooting from a photographer, as well as a terrible shoe cover machine that does not hold on shoes and (it would be better to stupidly buy shoe covers and that's it)

Good day to everyone. I don't know where the laudatory reviews are from, especially "wonderful people" ... the service is disgusting, communication with customers is boorish, working time delays are also apparently normal for the owner, and well, the shoe cover device is a completely useless thing, they don't hold on to shoes, better buy ordinary classic shoe covers.

The studio owner thinks that it's okay to talk rudely with girls.
It takes studio time by walking around the studio without letting the process begin. Terribly rude and spoils the mood before shooting. To enter the studio without knocking is in the order of things! The studio IS DIRTY.
I will never come again!
