I love this place! Autumn is a beautiful and comfortable LCD, the best of the high-rise. The shops on the ground floors are just super, especially Magnum Go and 4you Market, assortment and service -5⭐ + there is delivery from them, very fast. The lighting in the evening is very beautiful, the trees are beautiful, all together - love and comfort!

Very quiet, quiet housing and communal services, the yard is cozy, calm, clean. There are separate playgrounds for children, gazebos for adults, just have a nice time in this courtyard. There is security, the manager. Garlic is just nice. I liked.

The LCD is beautiful, that's all. Transport accessibility is zero, parking spaces are zero, even paid ones and there are none, in principle there are none at all, there is nowhere to park the car if there is no purchased underground parking. It's very noisy, it's not a peaceful place at all. Morning and evening, it's just hell. There is no point in going there at this time, or leaving there. You can just get up, but there's nowhere to stand and wait for the next 2-3 hours, as the traffic jam resolves. Due to the ill-conceived construction, other residents of nearby houses suffer, the whole city is already at home, and they are leaving at 10 pm.

We bought an apartment here! The location is great! The playground is good! The Smart Home system!
I would have liked everything if it hadn't been for the Smart repair! I do not recommend ordering repairs in Smart!!! They work terribly! We had to make turnkey repairs, but in the end we have to go and control everything ourselves, otherwise you will be repaired at random!!!! Workers from neighboring countries are working hard! If only, as it were! The wallpaper and tiles are being rearranged for the second time! And that's so-so! It's better to do the repairs yourself!
I ask BI group to pay attention to its contractors and third-party companies that you offer for repairs!!! The LCD itself is good, but the way the repair was done is not good!

I was a guest at this residential complex on Rozybakieva. The service company ( security guards , cleaners ) works very well . But the house itself is not worth the expensive price for buying a home in this residential complex from the developer Bi Group. The apartments are cold in winter . There are dirty dirty toilets on the roof terrace of the residential complex. There are more show-offs than the quality and comfort of this LCD.
