I have been in Spain for 10 days, I stayed at this hotel and regretted it.To begin with, the room was given so small that it is not possible to move, I filled bruises on the corners of the table and doors.For a moment, I was paying 20% of the room rate for an improved room.In the morning, at the reception, I explained that I would like a bigger room, to which I was told that my room was the largest (a woman named found lied to my face) I'll provide a room plan below, you'll see for yourself.We agreed to change the tiny room after 3 attempts, with my personal idea of replacing it not for the entire period, but for the remaining few days.In other cases, I was refused, or given a room 3 floors below without a view, for which I paid, and even with another surcharge.
Next, they asked for a kettle in the room, dialed water, after an hour all the water was on the floor-they gave it a bad one, with the same girl.
She did not answer any questions willingly, in a humiliating tone.The man clearly does not like his job and disrespects people.
One evening we came to the bar, ordered a cocktail, after asking the bartender if he had rum.The bartender replied, yes.He brought an alcohol-free cocktail, and when asked why, he replied that he did not understand English 😨

The closet doors creak so much in the rooms that you can hear them in all the rooms next door.The chairs are very heavy, an adult man will not lift with one hand and if he is pushed out, the entire floor can hear.So are the closets and closets and the shower and toilet.
They clean the rooms here from 7.30 am and you can hear everything and very much, there will be no restful sleep, no one here worries about it.

We had a rest in August. I liked the hotel as a whole. There are several beaches nearby. We liked the one to the left of the hotel in a small cove. We took 3 meals a day. The food was good. It's only a queue for dinner to go to the restaurant, because each guest is escorted to the table by a waiter. But the queue passes quickly. Free champagne on Fridays. There were often seafood. The food is quite varied. The rooms are clean. There is no special service in the hotel. There were shows in the evenings, but we walked around and didn't really watch them. We didn't go to the pool either. We swam in the sea. Nearby there is a bus stop and a bureau for the sale of Bus tours, they have a cheaper plan than a tour operator, where you can buy a pass for intercity buses. It's more profitable to drive this way. I liked the rest. I recommend the hotel.

OLA ! I really liked the hotel, modern and comfortable, the buffet food is great, a chic indoor recreation area with a swimming pool.It's really not far from the sea. Convenient location of the bus stop - get out and you will be at the bus stop. The most important thing is good sound insulation. The staff is very friendly. Thank you all very much!!! we rested from September 6-18, 2019, liked the hotel and the location and service, the food was delicious, there was once a pleasant moment at dinner: a young man (it seems a Russian guy with his family) had a birthday, the restaurant staff fussed around our table lighting a candle on a dessert plate and, gathering together near the birthday boy's table, sang "Happy Birthday births! "The birthday boy was very pleased. I didn't like the "bedside tables" in the room in the form of open shelves, but this definitely didn't spoil the rest. The hotel staff is very friendly, there are Russian speakers. We would definitely recommend a hotel for a vacation!

A wonderful hotel. Near the sea, there are several beaches to choose from. Close to the center and shops. There is a bus stop nearby for Tarragona and Barcelona, a little further away on Port Aventura. Right in front of the Bus Plana office, you can buy cheap excursions and tickets to the amusement park. The room is clean, cleaned every day, there were no comments. The food is very decent, we were with a child for 3 years, there were no problems feeding the child, there are soups, porridge and homemade yoghurts, steamed dishes. The staff is responsive, almost all of them speak Russian. The Wi-Fi worked fine. Only positive impressions from the rest. A great option for families with children.

The hotel is magnificent. Our room was on the 7th floor. Nice sea view. Everything is standard in the room. TV with 5 Russian-language channels, air conditioning, shower. Refrigerator for a fee, safe deposit box. There is something to dry the laundry on. The food is excellent and varied. Annimators work in the evenings. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, there are steps in front of the beach. The bus stop is opposite.

Great hotel. We were with the baby from 28.09-11.09. Everything was fine with the cleaning and the restaurant . A decent place to relax with young children. The rooms are new and clean. The staff helps with any request. There are three swimming pools on site every evening events for a different audience

I had a rest in October 2018. The location is good, the sea is nearby. But the feeling of relaxation was spoiled by the loss of expensive glasses from the room on the last day of your stay at the hotel. Great hotel, the rooms are spacious. Minus - the refrigerator is paid: 25 euros a week. In the heat, you can't do without it, the first time you came across that the refrigerator is paid at the hotel. The food is normal, but monotonous. It's always the same for breakfast, kava is served three times a week for breakfast. The dinners are not bad, but there is no children's menu at all. Mashed potatoes and pasta are all with sauce.
