On August 14, I booked a room at this hotel, or rather, I started booking through the yandex. travel app. At the moment of payment, I interrupted the process, because I realized that I had chosen the wrong dates, because they flew several times. But the payment went through anyway. Yandex wrote that they could not help, because the hotel refused. Yandex does not take responsibility, even though it is a program error. No other options are offered. And what impressions can you get about this platform and the hotel when you haven't visited anything, you've lost money, and neither side has even tried to solve the problem.
PS: fortunately, the hotel receptionist helped me resolve the issue when I contacted them directly. I stayed with them for 1 more night.
Nice hotel, the room was clean, cleaned every 2 days. The breakfasts are good. The area is quiet, there is no noise at night. For business trips, the ideal option is price and quality
