They called about replacing the battery, the staff did not call back for a day after they threw off the VIN code, the next day they call and say "we are picking up", it is clear that by this time the battery had already been replaced, but they did not give a guarantee for it because allegedly there was not enough charge from the generator, this question was addressed to this the service, they assured them that they have a generator, they measured everything, they say "yes, it's not enough, you need to connect it to the stand and identify the problem," although I said that the machine is "smart" and it's strange that it doesn't give an error to the generator if it doesn't work well, they said it happens in the evening they call and say "ideally, you have a generator," as I assumed, the machine itself controls the charging supply, but be kind enough to pay for the removal and installation of the generator, these are the masters, and then they said "they also pay for information," they checked and learned at my expense

Thanks to their competence, the guys saved me from replacing the engine. The sensor was faulty somehow and the car was not driving. Master Dmitry quickly found the fault and the next day I took it back in full working order. I am horrified to think that I could agree to replace the engine and stay for 3 weeks without a car and without an impressive amount of money, which I was persuaded to pay for repairs in another service.Still, my intuition does not let me down, it's good that I dragged my swallow to the 4drive service. Unfortunately, my review will be negative. I contacted the service to repair the air conditioner and stove in the car, as they worked poorly. As a result, it was repaired 3-4 times, but the problem was never fixed. Every time I picked up the car and noticed that the malfunction remained, they told me: “Everything worked for us, but as soon as you pick it up, it doesn't work right away.”
After the last repair, there was a knock in the glove compartment. They answered my question that they probably did something wrong when replacing the filter, although I changed the filter a month ago, and everything was fine. I called again, they told me to come, to which I have already replied, once again I do not want to pay empty, they answered me there will be a place we will write. But alas, I've been waiting in line for the 2nd year))
As a result, I paid for the same job every time, but I didn't get the result. A month later, the air conditioner stopped working altogether. I am very disappointed with the quality of the services.

I wrote to replace the brake pads and a mask in the box. Everything is fine, they said they would look and write before ordering, but a month has passed since the first message, as it turned out, everything was just scored. Okay, after a month the order was made, two weeks of waiting for consumables, I come to replace it and then I also had to find out for myself whether it had arrived or not. No one will write to you until you need the money, but okay, they change the oil, but for some reason they change it in the engine, not the boxes, they say they forgot 🤷♂️
Another 2 weeks of waiting for consumables. You always have to wait for the director and nothing will happen without communication with him. But why can't you pick up the car and pay for it from the staff without dancing with a tambourine? It's simple, obviously you haven't even heard about excel here, and the whole management system is waiting for customers to remind themselves of themselves.
