The support is terrible. I don't think I've ever encountered such a quality before. It seems that either a poorly programmed bot is responding, or a person who absolutely cannot think. Or someone who knows how to think, but doesn't bother to do it. For a week now, there has not been a single substantive comment on my application. And I don't see any of my comments about support.
