In Groshyk, Sovetskaya 149, I purchased two packs of Petrukha thigh chicken, there was an unpleasant smell when opening the package. I returned to the store and asked for a refund for the chicken, the money was not returned. The staff began to convince them that the chicken was of good quality and with such an unpleasant smell, they all had chickens, and this was normal. To which I suggested conducting an experiment and asking the buyers, and here the most interesting thing is, opinions are divided. Two people were interviewed, one recommended returning this chicken back to the store, and the second said that he did not smell it. The cost is certainly small for two packs, but it's a matter of principle. I want to buy a good quality product and not be convinced that a smelly chicken does not stink))) Previously, we bought chicken in this store and it was odorless, so there is something to compare it with. I will definitely not come to Groshyk for food products and I do not advise you!
a decent selection of goods, good staff, high-quality fresh goods, long queues, few cash registers, the store is crowded. But they try to serve customers as much as possible and make their trip to the store comfortable
The store is very cramped, there are a lot of people, hiking is narrow, there are almost always queues at the checkout, but they move quickly. The prices are pleasing. But the assortment is not large, due to the size of the store.
