We celebrated New Year's Eve in a restaurant. There are separate points for each dish. The table setting for 2 was huge, we managed to eat everything in only 2 days. Of the cons, there was too much sauce in the shrimp salad, I assume some kind of homemade mayonnaise. The pork shish kebab was very dry, we didn't even eat it. The pike perch is delicious, but I didn't have enough spices, the potatoes that were served with it were aldente, which spoiled the taste a little. Caviar sandwiches have too much butter, or rather, eggs can be counted on the fingers. I want to point out that the carpaccio was delicious, and the salty sandwich was just the thing. The fat was soft and melted in my mouth. The bread is very fresh and pleasant. From the welcome set, I would like to mention a very tasty morse. Salmon on sandwiches is a bit strange in taste and appearance. For breakfast, the glaze was overcooked, the yolk was baked. The eggs were shot in Benedict, but the sauce was not liquid, but too custardy, like for a Napoleon cake. The hodgepodge is like a homemade one, very satisfying.
Breakfast on January 2 was spot on and delicious, the oatmeal porridge was cooked correctly, only a little more milk flavor was missing. The omelet is gorgeous. And we also had a mousse dessert with coffee beetroot, which was very surprising in the combination of flavors. An interesting interpretation.
We rested in the Rowan cabin, everything is clean and tidy. Fresh bed linen, towels. On the downside, the TV wasn't working and the Internet wasn't working well. There were interruptions in the operation of the water, there was sufficient pressure in the shower, but barely in the sink. The cabin was warm and comfortable to sleep in.
From the entertainment program, the cherry on the cake is thrown at the end with tinsel, just added such a mood, childishness. It was also cool not Santa Claus, but Mishka.
The presenter was active, not very intrusive, but if the contests are very musical, those who don't listen to music much are hard to guess. In general, the disco is pleasant, the taste preferences are musical, I think they satisfied many.
But I would like to have some more interactive experience. It's like inviting a ballet show or an additional show that will be interesting for children, because the program is quite mature for them.
