The base is not bad, cozy, rooms for every budget, the administrators are polite,friendly, the territory is clean, well-groomed, but one thing...I did not like... that there is no hot water in the public shower stalls for rooms without amenities.Of the many booths, only one had hot water, which we noticed after staying for a while, and there was no water pressure either..if you do not take this into account, then everything is super, 5 minutes and you are at sea, through the Mriya base, everything is within walking distance))
