Today we were in a restaurant,
I tried risotto with escargot, but it was unpalatable and bland. I did not eat it and refused the dish, but the waiter did not exclude it from the bill.
I always thought the food here was very good, but the tartellini and sausages were dry and the risotto was awful.
I was there for the first time in March, then it was top: service, a variety of cocktails, the bartender interfered well not from the menu, the food was delicious
Six months later:
4 waiters in 2 small halls and constantly had to follow the waiter, because he himself did not deign to approach.
The cocktail list is three times smaller, the waiter refused to even transfer a classic cocktail from the menu to the bar. After sitting down at the bar, the bartender still made it. The food is just as delicious, but the service ruined the experience. The top one is that tips are included right away, apparently, which is why staff does not consider it necessary to hurry.
