One of the worst banks in Serbia in terms of customer service. I applied for a mortgage loan. The documents were agreed upon for 3 months instead of one. They just forgot to send them the first month, so they had to reassemble them. Further, during the approval process, it was impossible to obtain any information from the bank's employees. The staff of the department did not respond to calls, letters, and messages. I contacted the hotline twice with a request to escalate the issue. They promised that the bank's employees would get in touch, but the promises remained promises.
As a result, there is no desire to take out a loan from this organization. The worst bank in Serbia.
If you have any self-respect, choose any other bank.
