A representative of the Ahmed company (Grand Rotana Hotel) talked to us. He only sells guided tours with inspiration, but they are simply terribly organized. And most importantly, he will communicate with you in a rude way, call you names and even refuse to talk to you as soon as you ask why you were deceived and ask for a refund. He will simply tell you that you can complain to anyone, no one will help you and the money will not be returned, because the management of the company is his friends and there is no one to complain to.
We had an extremely unpleasant experience. We believed in the company's solidity and bought 2 excursions, one to Petra, the other on a yacht. The first excursion was to Petra on January 9, 2025. They promised that a one-way trip would take no more than 5-6 hours. We specifically clarified this issue because we have children aged 6 and 7 with us. We were picked up at about 2 a.m. and we arrived in Petra only at 2 p.m. That is, we spent 12 hours on an extremely uncomfortable road: first we drove for an hour, picked up everyone from the hotels, then we got to the ferry, where we stood in queues for a total of about 2 hours, then checking documents, then the ferry did not He came. We got to Jordan, loaded us onto a bus. The bus is dirty, the floor in the bus is shaking, the hatches in the floor are not fixed. We rode this bus for 30 minutes and it broke down, we sat in the heat for 1.5 hours waiting for help to fix the bus. No one came, the driver somehow fixed it himself and we rode on this bus. We arrived in Petra at 2 p.m., they took us there for about an hour (instead of the promised walk for the whole day) and sent us back. And Sun International sells this pleasure for 4 people (two adults and children) for $ 1,260. That is, we drove 12 hours to Petra and 10 hours back to take an hour walk in Petra. It became clear to me on the way to Petra that the next tour we had booked would be about the same. I hurried to refuse, so that the money would be returned to us. But that was not the case, not only did we not receive apologies and compensation for a terrible trip for such money, they also yelled at me, said they did not want to talk to me at all, and they did not want to return the money for the yacht tour, which had not yet taken place. ## Safari in Egypt: disappointment instead of adventure
The excursion "Evening Safari in Hurghada" from the tour operator Biblio - globus left me with an extremely negative impression. The claimed independent control of the ATV turned out to be unavailable: after a brief briefing and a check-in, the Mafi guide (Mafia? Olga?) She decided that I couldn't handle the road, and put me in front of the instructor, ignoring my assurances that I could drive on my own.
The briefing, by the way, was superficial, and did not even touch on important points of interaction on the road with other safari participants - gestures, signals, traffic rules.
In general, the tour was crumpled: we were constantly being rushed, not allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the desert. The promised lunch was meager, and the announced show and dancing lasted at most 20 minutes.
The Bedouin story that we were told was condensed to a minute, and the guide spoke at an accelerated pace, which made it almost incomprehensible.
I am very disappointed: the tour did not match the description and was not worth the money. I do not recommend this tour to anyone who wants to have a full-fledged and vivid adventure.
A guide named Gada in Shar El Sheikh (07.01.2025) once again stuffed a tour on the yacht *Black Pearl* by deceiving that there would be activities on this yacht milking children and so on.
As a result, when they got on the ship, they didn't find anything, an ordinary boat that swings from 10 to 10 balls, the children lay flat on the waves for the whole tour.

As a result, the suit was given to everyone absolutely on the yacht and it was not necessary to buy (rent) another one, the suits were given the same, it turns out $ 5 is a waste. The reef was exactly the same as on the territory of our 1 in 1 hotel (although it was stated quite differently - "extraordinary beauty", but it turned out that the fish are the same, the corals are the same). After the meal, it was delicious. Then we swam ashore and went to the quad bikes (the ass will start here)))))). Preface: no one was warned that it is better to take clothes covering your legs and arms, because ATVs heat up plus the sun (+43 °), it all leaves severe burns. The man was in shorts and severely burned the calves of his legs, my friend burned her finger to the meat on a piece of gas, which made her unable to ride (the ATVs were standing in the sun, respectively, they got very hot and this iron thing itself, which you need to press to go, got hot). With this burn, she had to go, because she was left there (it was not a guide, but a special man for the kaadriks). It's just a caper. As soon as the guide found out, he helped as much as he could, gave cold water and Band-Aids (but of course, it would be better if he returned the money at all). To all this, we were under the heat all the time, the water (that we took with us) became hot. The Bedouins started selling cold water as soon as we arrived)))) Even if there wasn't such a situation with a finger and like other people with burns, it's still shit. We skated for 40 minutes at most (it was stated 1.5 hours). We drove sooo slow, we didn't accelerate at all. (I already took a quad bike ride 1.5 years ago in Hurghada, I had a very very cool experience, there was a "pedal to the floor" (gas for the whole car, we drove very fast, we really rode for 1.5 hours). I came to Egypt for the second time only in Charm, I decided to repeat it and show my friends, yeah :/
We took it for $ 95 per person, we asked others, someone had $ 50, someone had $ 70 ...
My advice is to take everything separately, not "all in one". And read the reviews in advance. The guides at the hotel are 1.5 or even 2 times more expensive.
