But the organization of work is a nightmare. To a doctor who only conducts repeated admission of patients with covid, he manages to issue coupons, and today at lunch they still do not know what the schedule is for tomorrow, and tomorrow part of the queue is already with coupons. Call the help desk and clarify how the X-ray room works, and come back an hour later and it's closed, the office works on another floor. Make an appointment with a doctor at 7 pm for tomorrow, check the coupon, the doctor's schedule, and when they come to the appointment they refuse to take it, because another doctor takes it in the office indicated in the coupon. And these are just recent examples from the last 4 months. Almost every trip to the clinic is accompanied by similar organizational problems.
The clinic is new and modern. Everything is very beautiful. Electronic queues with an audible notification. but! I had to wait four and a half hours for my turn in the pre-medical office! Only one of the several offices was working! People are crowding towards the corridor. There are not enough seats and this is at the height of the pandemic!
Half the clinic is large, the equipment is new. Sometimes there are not enough doctors and you can't take a ticket, but then you need to go to the toll booth. I visit as needed. There is no major discontent.
There is a good polyclinic in general. But in February, the service was very "impressive". There was a complicated cold.
