I had a negative experience with this clinic, although at first glance it seemed decent, as evidenced by numerous positive reviews, which may have been bought at all.
The first time I applied here was in December 2022 and signed up for a free consultation. The dentist did not tell me anything new, the dialogue was very sparse and the initiative came mostly from my side. I showed my CT scan, the doctor looked at it, nodded his head and said he would prepare a bill of account. The examination took no more than 15 minutes, the question of what kind of crowns I want and so on was not discussed with me. I was just given a pay slip and invited to go to the administrator. I was ready to make an appointment for treatment, but they told me that I had to wait until they called me back. I also asked then: "can't I call you for an appointment myself?", to which they replied that it was better to wait for a callback, because they have long queues. It's been a year and a half, the queue has not reached me, apparently :)
Recently, I decided to contact them again, clicked the button on the "free consultation" website and described my situation in detail in the window. After that, they called me back, apparently they didn't read anything, I had to describe the situation anew, and then they also said that the price for a consultation was 50 rubles. That is, I have to come like last time so that the doctor will look at my CT scan and a ready pay sheet within 15 minutes and pay 50 rubles for it? And, by the way, the administrator vehemently convinced me that they did not have this free consultation button on their website, and it seemed to me because there were free consultations only before :))
I was impressed by the reviews of Russians who come here to treat their teeth, which ultimately surprised me very much. After all, in the Moscow clinic where I was treated earlier, a consultation costs only 500 rubles and you can make an appointment with a doctor at least the next day...

Good time of day. Unfortunately, it was not possible to evaluate the work of the office, as I simply could not get there. I saw good reviews and decided to sign up for a wisdom tooth extraction. I know how difficult it is in Minsk: you need to make an appointment in advance, ideally a few months in advance in order to ensure that you knock out a window for deletion. I called exactly a month in advance in order to make an appointment for July 1 and on that day, since then a trip is planned. On my first call, the receptionist asked me to dial in 10 days, allegedly by this time, I quote: "surgeons will know their schedule for July and will send the schedule to the reception."
Mindful of the wonderful reviews about the clinic, I decided to wait and called on the agreed date. And what do you think?! Of course, I was asked to dial in two or three days due to the same reason for the lack of a schedule of surgeons. I will omit the story of all subsequent calls, I will only say that I called exactly twice a week and I heard the same thing! Once the administrator laughed at me and told me not to worry so much, because there are always a lot of places for surgeons, people do not often delete.
And only almost at the end of the month, two weeks before the date of deletion I desired (when it was already obvious that it would be too problematic to enroll anywhere else), the administrator deigned to admit to me that I would no longer get to the beginning of July, only at the end of the month, because you see, everything is already occupied. To my fair indignation, I was told that all places are given to people from the waiting list after consultations. When I clarified why I was only now learning about the existence of a certain list for the elite, they feigned surprise and replied that they had to inform me.
Finita la comedy.
As you know, I never got into this sharashkin's office, and I got into another clinic only with tears and persuasions to cram it in at any time. I repeat, I evaluate purely the work of the administration and customer orientation, not the professionalism of the doctors, since there is such an opportunity 401.by I was not provided.
