I'm changing 5 stars, it became uncomfortable, the contingent didn't really start walking, it wasn't the first session, and we've been regular customers for years, unfortunately the staff doesn't keep order in the hall at all, some of the visitors paid attention to the Christmas trees, they spoke very loudly during the session, specifically shouting over the film, that is, direct dialogue in the film, and in parallel, the dialogue is louder than the visitors, a couple of teenagers and a bunch of people all over the room, especially the last sofas, there is a suspicion that there were visitors under something, imagine sitting - and you can't hear the film, because from all sides there is a hubbub like at a train station during rush hour, you had to ask your comrades for help. Hush, it's lucky that many people have calmed down, but it's not the visitors who should be doing this. The administration is kindly requested to make a notification on the screen before the session, asking them not to talk during the session, to respect other visitors, especially out loud, and that violators will leave the hall if they do not comply with the rules and interfere with other cinema customers. Couples on dates began to use the cinema as a backdrop for conversations throughout the session and a banal warm place to sit on armchairs. I wanted to leave the session, I was lucky that one couple, in fact almost children, about 18 years old, who was sitting nearby, listened to the request to keep their voices down, who was next, I don't know how people looked, it's not possible to relax in such conditions from the word at all. Please, the administration will take measures and let someone from the staff be present in the hall and keep order. No one talks about sterile silence, but talking out loud the whole session is unacceptable.
It completely does not correspond to the name of the cinema. I wanted to go to the movie Deadpool and Wolverine with a girl. There was only a 2d screening in many cinemas that day. 3D was written right there. After purchasing tickets online (where it was written 3d) and coming to the cinema itself, it turned out that the film was going in 2d (instead of the declared 3d). Everything would be fine, it would seem okay, you can enjoy the Movie anyway, but then the troubles only continued. There was a round glow in the center of the screen throughout the movie, apparently due to an equipment malfunction. It would seem much worse, but there is a way. Somewhere in the middle of the movie, the air conditioners were turned on, and cold air began to blow all over our row (I don't know about the rest), although it wasn't hot. Terribly frozen and unable to withstand such cold (not counting all of the above), I had to leave the cinema hall without even watching the film to the end. The evening is ruined, the money is wasted. I do not recommend this cinema, it is very strange that the Castle allows this in its shopping center.
A great movie theater.
In recent years, there has been no pandemonium of people, tickets are not expensive.
You can have a great time with friends or family. Go to the cinema, go to the stream and have lunch, because everything is on the same floor
