Excellent accommodation for little money. Despite the apparent external simplicity of the building, much attention is paid to the details inside. Everything is just like at the hotel: new slippers and a towel are waiting for you on the bed, new toothbrushes and shower gel in the bathroom. There is a basic set of dishes, a blanket, a kettle, wifi and even a refrigerator. The owner of Kakha is very attentive to the guests, explains and prompts everything in detail.
It's very quiet there at night and you can get a good night's sleep. Right in front of the door is the building of the old church, the atmosphere of the Old Town just permeates this place.
What I would like: more intense lighting. One light bulb is not enough for the whole room.

Лучшее место для жизни в старом городе Тбилиси. Всё в пешей доступности, вкусные кафе рядом, основные красивые локации старого города в 5-10 минутах, а если нужно дальше, то метро в супермаркете, которое совсем рядом
Прекрасное место, останавливаемся там второй год подряд. Уютный двухэтажный дом-апартаменты в самом центре старого города. Хозяин доброжелательный приятный, сразу скинет вам все рекомендации по местам, связи и тд. Все супер, рекомендую 100%🙌🏻
