It took a long time to choose a model on the site. I needed an inexpensive one, but with a wet cleaning function. We chose Xiaomi mijia LDS vacuum cleaner robot 2 for 579 rubles. The next day, a better model appeared on the site according to the characteristics of Xiaomi mijia sweeping vacuum cleaner 3c for 592.99rubles. I called and asked which one was better. The consultant said that the one that is more expensive. That the suction force is twice as large and the model is newer. But when I asked to replace one model with a second one, they told me, at first, that my vacuum cleaner had already been given to the courier and it could not be changed today. I've agreed to a delivery for tomorrow. But at that moment, the consultant said that unfortunately there was no such vacuum cleaner, it was a buggy site and there was the same 2023 for 645 (approximately). I refused to buy for 645. I clarified about the surface of the floor cleaning cloth, it was important that the fiber was across the entire width of the cloth, as in the picture of the 3c model. I was assured that it is, which is not true. And the 3c vacuum cleaner immediately disappeared from the site. A vacuum cleaner was delivered to me for 579 rubles. But what was my surprise when 3c reappeared on the site after a while. And when my husband called to inquire about the availability of the model and asked which one was better to buy, he was kindly offered to buy 3c, saying that it was better. I have never written bad reviews, but this situation is very hooked. Draw conclusions.
