I recently visited the institution, I liked everything, but there were disadvantages that I could not even imagine.
I'll tell you about the advantages:
1.The service is good
2.Beautiful view
3. The interior is incredible
4.Drinks and food are delicious
Now I will tell you about the minus that happened when I had dinner, I asked for a check, they brought it to me soon, I paid 100 lari, although I had a check for 78 lari,I was waiting for change and also wanted to leave a tip as I usually do in any institution, but I waited for the change for 25 minutes,then I come up I go to the waiter and say that I never received the change, that they told me in response that I gave it to another waiter to give back the change and the client calmly left, I say that he did not approach me and this waitress just messed up the table and my balance was given, and the other became twice theirs and mine and they took it ,as a result, they gave me the rest, but they didn't even apologize for the incident)

A terrible experience! I was at the Sheraton restaurant in Tbilisi, everything was perfect, I thought the network regulates partners, but I WAS VERY WRONG!
1. Long service! We came in the afternoon, the restaurant was almost EMPTY! At the same time, we had to really run after the waiter every time, they just didn't come up to us!
2. We cooked sushi, burger and breast for 50 minutes! At the same time, everything was brought cold! The portions are small for the price of x3 from the average in the city, the taste is not the most delicious that we have tried in other places of Batumi.
3. An inexperienced waiter knocked over the sauce when he put the dish on - filled the table and drinks (they were replaced, well done here), wiped badly, greasy streaks remained.
4. The bug in the burger is a high-protein burger apparently. They did not make a replacement, as they found it almost finished. They said it was a fly. Which does not fly, but runs?!
5. Coffee was burned out, even after the replacement - latte (where most of the milk) was impossible to drink, I imagine what an Americano or flat would be like
6. The free compliment in the form of simply fried bread, as noted by the commentators above, was tastier than everything that was ordered.
I do not advise you to come here, it is tasteless, expensive, and long. The only plus is the view of the city, but there are many better alternatives in Batumi

The food is ordinary, we were in the evening, we were seated at a table by the window, but in the evening nothing is visible anymore and in fact a table by the window was no longer needed. You could put them on sofas, for example.
My husband warned me in advance that I had a doctor and needed a dessert with a candle, the dessert was brought, they did not remember about the candle ((((

You can take very beautiful photos with a view of the night of Batumi and a glass of wine / champagne, nothing more.
Very poor quality and taste of food, tasteless and watery cocktails.
I do not recommend coming here to eat, your hedonistic soul will cry from eating and compensate for it all with a beautiful view 😊

Когда ты платишь такую высокую цену за еду, то и ожидания соответствующие. Бургер был безвкусный и сухой (мало соусов, овощей), котлету передержали (просил medium rare), стейк лосося тоже передержали и он оказался сухой и почти безвкусный, карпаччо было хорошим, бесплатный комплимент (хлеб и соусы) было чуть ли не лучшим блюдом из заказа. В день рождения нет ни скидки, ни десерта в подарок - в такого уровня заведении это очень странно...
Вид из окна - да, красиво, официанты соответствуют уровню заведения, красивый интерьер, но... по мне, слишком много пафоса и мало удовольствия (в еде).

Ужасный сервис, наглый администратор, который угрожал выгнать из ресторана гостей, если они не сделают заказ больше, чем он был!!! Это как вообще понимать? Организовывали мероприятие, а администраторы сами себе в голове придумали, что мы сделаем заказ на 1000 лари! Какое право вы имеете додумывать, угрожать и что-то ещё требовать? Заказ был сделан, гости все оплатили, а вы ещё какой-то порог цен выставляете. Просто наглость

Вид красивый, но еда не очень вкусная, а также заказывали коктейли алкогольные - по ощущениям, алкоголя там было минимум.

На мой вкус слишком пафосно, в том смысле, что души нет в заведении. Кухню не пробовал.
