A couple of months ago, I bought an air conditioner from this company. At first I wanted to buy an LG air conditioner, but the seller insisted/recommended to buy a Centek air conditioner. I agreed, thinking it was a good air conditioner. The installation was a real circus, they were late, they worked unprofessionally, and it took many days to install the air conditioner. After many weeks of hard work, it was installed, but then it was installed incorrectly. The air conditioner is not working properly and does not cool properly. After 5 months of operation, the air conditioner broke down and there was a leak of freon (again due to improper installation). The installers were very rude, overpaid us and left terrible impressions. We do not recommend buying any equipment from this company
