A good attempt to make a civil institution, but alas, it did not work out. I am writing a review after 3 visits!
1. The kitchen is not tasty and expensive. Shish kebab is dry, not carbonara paste, but homemade pasta ..
2. Hookah - no. It is not cooked correctly, it does not "smoke", there is no choice of tobacco and it is completely tasteless and smokeless.
3. The service is a shock! ONE girl for the whole establishment. She is a bartender, a waiter, an administrator and a hookah man. In this situation, you should not expect high-quality and fast service. One person for everyone! Unless it's a cook. At the same time, 10% of the service is included in the bill! For what???? (At the same time, the cashier and the waiter took over the receipt from somewhere)
4. The atmosphere. Full of disappointment. The "director" of this institution does not know how to behave in the restaurant business. They come and show with their appearance, in front of their "friends", that I am the boss here! You can't do that! You have guests sitting here ... who need to create the most comfortable conditions - so that people would like to return! But this attitude only makes it disgusting. No hospitality or respect.
5. For which I put not 0 but 2 arrivals, for the interior. They really made a beautiful cover here, but the filling... I'm not coming back!

I gave three stars for an interesting and unconventional interior for Abkhazia and delicious cocktails, but we waited 40 minutes for 2 cocktails! It's scary to imagine how many people are waiting for food here. And so we paid 10% of the bill for this service.
