Croissants are great. I read that some complain about the size of the eggplant slices in the salad, guys, this is my favorite salad, and I try it wherever I see it on the menu. He's great here. And the pieces can not be made small, because the trick is that the piece is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and if the pieces are small, this effect will not work.
