Great hotel. Good location (metro and market within walking distance). The room was clean, spacious and bright. The breakfasts are varied, hearty and delicious! We were in February, it was very hot in the room, we slept with the window open. I also got a room with a bathtub, not a shower, and it was not comfortable to wash, since there was no curtain or safety glass.

The perfect location, almost everything is within walking distance, there are many restaurants and shops nearby. Take a taxi too fast from here. Cosmonauts metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The area itself is very cozy, 1-2-3 storey building in the very center. Very quiet. Regarding the hotel itself, it's a good three. The hotel is very clean, not a speck of dust! The rooms are spacious. The interiors are decorated with interesting paintings on a local theme. The staff is friendly and helpful. Of the minuses: there is no spoon for shoes, cold dishes prevail at breakfast (although you can warm them up), to clean the room, change towels - you need to ask at the reception (although it seemed to me on the contrary a plus), the water in the shower goes badly.
