One of the richest and most famous state-owned banks in Uzbekistan. Previously, this bank was a forge of personnel and a standard of banking. To date, the bank has undeniable advantages: a huge list of services provided, the opportunity to purchase foreign currency in cash from various countries, I did not remember any other advantages Of the minuses, one can note the bullying and habilitation of some employees and female employees (only one thing comes to mind - they recruited relatives and friends) this greatly reduces the image of the bank and nullifies all their strategic initiatives (reformation office, innovation office... it doesn't matter), a weak level of technical support ... change guys, eradicate corruption (use of official powers in pm set of your own) you have everything to be the best bank in the country
