They said that they work without lunch, 4 operators work in total at the exchange office, 2 operators take turns for lunch. There are no facilities for customers in the waiting room. The air conditioning is not working, the staff treats the customer like a criminal or a robber who came to rob their bank. There are a lot of incompetent employees! The waiting room is always in chaos, the numbering on the scoreboard is completely incomprehensible! It seems to me that they are doing this because their lunch time has been canceled! But do not compensate for your resentment of others!!! But I would like the bank's staff to work so that every customer wants to come back here again and again!!!!!
