I took an IT HR course and it really changed my idea of working in HR. The program turned out to be very rich and useful. Most of all, I liked that all topics, even the most difficult ones, were explained in a simple and accessible way. The IT HR course is a real breakthrough in my professional development. After the course, I began to understand the specifics of IT recruiting and adaptation more confidently, and also realized how to work more effectively with recruiting tools. If you want to change your career in HR and really start putting your knowledge into practice, I highly recommend this course!

I took the IT Recruiter course at YOU HR Academy this summer, and it exceeded all my expectations! The program is designed in such a way that it covers all key aspects of working in IT recruiting - from the selection of candidates to deep immersion in HR processes. I would like to note the practical part: real cases and analysis of actual tasks helped not only consolidate knowledge, but also taught how to effectively apply it in work. Viola's teacher is a real HR expert with extensive experience, always in touch, ready to share her experience and support at every stage. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to develop in IT recruiting and do it confidently and professionally!

I took an IT HR course a couple of years ago. I rate the information content at 2 out of 5. Everything Viola talked about in the course is publicly available. No depth or unique knowledge that the band paid for. Homework was given and checked for a check mark, comments on d/w were very subjective. No practice in real jobs, no deep dive into the nuances. And another thing that hammered a nail into the lid of my review was the promised free career counseling after the course, which Viola later canceled. In total, it was not carried out, which once again highlights the importance of only collecting money from people who sincerely want to learn a profession and trusted this place.
