I can't understand why we like to make such tasteless buildings in terms of design. Well, try it once already. There are no questions for the staff, bow and respect to the doctors in such difficult times!
It's a great clinic, it's a pity that there's nowhere to park. They treated their son twice, once they arrived by ambulance for acute abdominal pain. They were quickly examined, took all the tests, diagnosed, and operated on the same day for calculous cholecystitis. Attentive staff from nurses to doctors. Wards in the surgical department for two patients with a sanitary room. The second time we just came with our son by ourselves, by car, also because of abdominal pain, fever. They were consulted, examined, and sent home with recommendations. An elderly mother was contacted in the evening in the summer about a tick bite and an unsuccessful attempt to extract it. We quickly provided assistance without unnecessary questions. There is no fuss, they work quickly and professionally. I am proud that there are such clinics!
I want to say a huge human thank you to the entire department of minimally invasive surgery. She was admitted for a planned operation to remove the gallbladder on 10/20/2019. I thought that such an attitude towards patients was only in the movies. Surgeons are Gods level. Special thanks to the surgeon and attending physician Alexander Ivanovich Leshkevich. A specialist from God, when you get to such a doctor, all fears go away instantly. Explains everything, tells and gives detailed answers to all questions. Like any person, I was very afraid of the operation, and even more so of the postoperative period, everything went as well as possible. She walked 2 hours after the operation, was discharged home a day later without pain or any problems, even the stitches were removed and sealed with a special plaster for a better cosmetic effect in the future. The doctor personally makes bandages for his patients, enters the ward at least 2 times a day, monitors the condition. I would also like to thank all the nurses of the department, especially Petrovich Lyudmila Nikolaevna. There is no better therapist to find before surgery! And everything in the department is there: grandma did not take a mug-spoon at home, no problem - both a mug and a spoon and even a fork for the entire duration of treatment! If there is no bathrobe, we will find a bathrobe, and disposable machines and soap with a toothbrush! The way all the staff treats ordinary mortals in this department is not found anywhere else, I have something to compare it with, regardless of the age of the person, both young and old - respect, attention, care. There are no more than three people in the wards, all the beds are postoperative, it is much easier to get up from them, in each ward there is a TV, a refrigerator and, lo and behold ...... a toilet and a shower cabin in each ward, and not one for the entire floor! Whoever was operated on knows what kind of problem it is - the toilet in the hospital. Food is carried around the wards by very polite nurses, and you don't stand in line at the food hall holding your sewn stomach. They then take away the dirty dishes. There are very comfortable tables near each bed for eating, which are then folded as unnecessary. I drank on Sunday at 11:00, a full lunch was brought to me at 13:00, no one yelled that I was not supposed to. The quality of the food is at an excellent level. For those who complain, I want to remind you that you are in a hospital, where diet food is needed after any operation, and not in a restaurant. Relatives do not need to stand to take out steamed cutlets with porridges. When cleaning the ward, the nurses apologize ten times for disturbing the patient, and do not push your slippers with a mop into the farthest corner. And you can contact any employee with your problem, it will be solved immediately, you do not have to search for your doctor or nurse on the floors yourself.
So if there is a problem, then I highly recommend getting into this department to surgeon Alexander Ivanovich Leshkevich.
The hospital is good, but the food is certainly disgusting. They don't have their own kitchen, they bring it from 3 city hospitals, the porridge is half-cooked, the semolina is in lumps, and the cereal inside the lumps is not even wet.
Many thanks to Tatiana Shinkevich, a very positive, positive person. I listened, I was sympathetic, I helped. In general, I did my job. But just sooo professional!
The hospital looks beautiful and good, but it is impossible to get through by phone. I've been calling all the numbers listed here for an hour now - it's deaf. Getting to the hospital for treatment is also difficult. My husband has been in the hospital since 10 a.m., at 6 p.m. he went to find out why he had not received any treatment all day, to which they replied: "Oh, sorry, we haven't registered you yet. Get into the situation, there are too many people." The question is, why is he lying there? He could have been treated at home.
Thanks to the radiologists of the CT room for explaining to me the futility of this study on the pituitary gland - my doctor mistakenly gave a referral. Due to this, a qualitative MRI study was conducted.
A chance meeting with Dr. Sukhoi Zh in the hospital corridor really spoiled the mood. - I asked an elderly woman in a white coat how to find an office, she indicated incorrectly. On my remark, she started shouting at me and waving her hands, "go on, ugh, how unpleasant you are" - what was that all about??? Especially considering the fact that I came for a PAID service. Why do working pensioners allow themselves rudeness towards clinic visitors?
I will not speak for the whole hospital, I will speak for the department where I was for 5 days. This is the department of minimally invasive surgery. I got there on 04/18/2019, for a planned operation to remove an umbilical hernia and suture muscle diastasis. The quality of medical services was at the same level. Doctors, nurses, all polite, and tried to relieve the condition as much as possible after the operation. The surgeon operated on Alexander Ivanovich Leshkevich, a wonderful doctor with golden hands and remarkable human qualities. After the operation, I went to the ward, I was interested in the condition, while not being my attending physician. I can still write a lot about him, but in any case, my message is clear, I was delighted with him.
As for food, I am a fastidious person, and therefore I did not like the way they fed, but if you are less demanding of food, then you will definitely not starve.
I also didn't really understand walking around the chambers of a priest and nuns, and offering some kind of services. Let them pay attention to this, it is not acceptable in the Svetsky state.
But in any case, it's better not to go to the hospital anyway, no matter how good they are.
Good health to all.
Thanks to the staff!!! A little closer to high Western standards in terms of the organization of chambers. Parking is a disaster, of course, for those who are in a hurry
It is difficult to put any kind of assessment, but rather a C grade. I had a phlebectomy here and after an unsuccessful anesthesia, I still lay with them for a month and a half in neurology, by the way, it's not bad there, but strange wards, often there are no places, I lay in pulmonology, I didn't like the doctor at all, I lay for 10 days, pneumonia was not treated and I got back a week later. 7 antibiotics! In 1.5 months, I offered to buy one normal one, but they refused to buy their own. Strange people.
I want to say thank you to the team of purulent surgery nurses, 3rd floor. In particular, Irina Mikhailovna Zalutskaya and Svetlana Alexandrovna Kitova. Happy 8th of March to everyone. Good health, well-being and patience. From the patient Tsymonchik
They put their daughter with gastrointestinal problems into surgery, she was admitted at 16.00 (dinner was not allowed, they said, she starved until the morning), and in the morning she came for breakfast - the cook said she would not give food, they would suddenly operate (although by this point the doctor said it was necessary to eat, there would be no operation)My daughter was hungry for a day...When I asked the doctors what was wrong with her, they told me that the operation was not necessary, and the rest of the problems were not in their line and she was simply thrown out, despite dmt, nausea, vomiting and stomach cramps. Thank you for taking care of my daughter!!!
I applied for a referral from the city polyclinic to clarify treatment and possible hospitalization in the rheumatology department, the head of the department personally examined at an inappropriate time, prescribed a treatment regimen and medication, took joint fluid and sent it for analysis, I want to express gratitude for the attention and professionalism, came with a crutch, and a week later was able to walk up the steps himself. Thank you.
I was in an emergency about housing and communal services. Very good surgeons, good ultrasound specialists, passed all the tests, quickly gave the result. The surgeon talked in detail about the disease, gave recommendations)
