Two power frames, a Smith simulator, bending of the legs in the supine position, extension- the usual, very convenient simulators for diluting and reducing the legs while sitting (reclining body position, buttocks work perfectly on dilutions). There are no special simulators for the upper body, upper thrust, horizontal thrust, graviton and butterfly, the rest can be done on blocks or with dumbbells. The maximum weight of dumbbells is 12.5 kg, but there are also kettlebells.
