The arrangement itself and the assortment for children and entertainment are good, you can even say excellent. But the staff and conditions are not clear. Please provide conditions for parents, there are no seats for those who are not accompanying (for the second parent who is outside). Entry conditions for children and accompanying parents were placed in an accessible place, which is a plus. But the conditions say: "it is mandatory to accompany one parent for children" UP to "4 years old", while our child is 4 years old, her older sister is 11 years old with her. We were not allowed to leave them without one of their parents. I explain: In the legal and literary context, the words "before" and "after" may have specific meanings that affect the interpretation of the text.
"Up to" usually means that all values less than the specified ones are included. For example, if it says "up to 4 years old", then this includes all children who are from 0 to 3 years old inclusive. The wording "under 4 years old" may imply that children who have turned 4 years old no longer fall under this rule.
"By" — in Russian often means the inclusion of the specified value. For example, if it says "4 years old", this includes children up to and including 4 years old, that is, 4-year-olds also fall under this rule.
Thus, the phrase "accompanying parents to children under 4 years of age is mandatory" means that parents are obliged to accompany children until they turn 4 years old (inclusive), but after the child turns 4 years old, this obligation no longer applies.

In general, a good place for children, but the staff is boorish and biased, as if you are paying not for their services but for their "right to miss" children.
