I made the shipment on May 9, I was already in Moscow on May 17.
They work perfectly, they deliver everything.
Of the cons: the site is buggy and the support is a bit ambiguous.
I am writing a review for those who, like me, are looking for an intermediary in Italy. I was doubtful about this company at first, but everything went well. I'm using it now.

My experience is 4 parcels at once!!
Well, that's how it turned out.
I was honestly worried, it's a hectic time right now. This is my first experience, there were a lot of questions and I was just pestering when sending. All questions were patiently answered, everything was competently packed, told where and how to track.
In general, they were very attentive and polite! They gave good advice on shipping!
The whole team acted harmoniously! And yes, we got to lunch and it didn't stop us from accepting the parcel! In the classic Italian service, at lunch for 2 hours, everyone leaves and no one talks to you))
I want to thank you for your patience, high-quality and on-time delivery!!! Thank you very much! Everything came in one piece!

Disgusting dostaki service!
They have not been able to refund money for a lost parcel from Italy to Russia for a year.
They are constantly being fed breakfast, that they will transfer money, but in fact they are only dragging their time! The attitude towards the client is as boorish as possible! I don't understand how they are still on the market and someone uses their "services"
I will never contact them again in my life by sending a parcel!
