I made an order at your cafe via Yandex, and last time everything was fine. Today I decided to order through the app - and this is a disappointment.
In order. I placed a pre-order for 12:00 and immediately paid for it. I was expecting an order by the agreed time of +/-15min.
There is no order at 12:20 and no one called. I called myself. I was told that the delivery was delayed due to weather conditions and is now being transferred to the courier and will arrive in 15 minutes. To my question "why wasn't I notified", they said that the courier didn't warn me...which is strange because from the context, I realized that the courier did not even receive my order.
But the story doesn't end here.
The courier called at 12:42 and asked where to find me. As it turned out, she arrived earlier and called and tried to give my order to another person because she did not have my number listed, but the number of my colleague who, by chance, also placed an order today at the same address and received the order on time. This is a very strange situation and the courier's excuse, considering that my number was indicated on the receipt.
As a result, a very unpleasant impression was left. Lunch time is limited and because of this approach, I had to disrupt all my plans.
I'm not sure I want to use their services anymore.
This is not the first time I have ordered from this restaurant and every time I remain in complete admiration of the service and the quality of the food! The service is always excellent, and the dishes delight with their rich taste. I especially want to highlight their ramen – it's just great! A real gastronomic holiday that you want to repeat over and over again!
