I ordered Singapore poppies , the problem was in the fish , which besides being different in color , was also tasteless and had the consistency of jelly . I contacted the admin who initially said that the rolls would be changed for me. After 45 minutes, a girl called and said that all the fish were like that and they would not be able to replace it . This situation has ruined my mood and appetite .

I didn't say anything when Philadelphia was wrapped in salmon slices, but this order was the last straw. In two rolls with fried salmon, instead of fish, there was a skin and tesha - these are fat strips cut from the abdominal part. The receptionist responded to my complaint 3 days later, seriously convincing me that this is normal and if I want fillets, then I should order Philadelphia, for example. Although the menu says salmon fried in teriyaki, not the skin and the fish in the photo, and I ordered these rolls a million times before and I know what they should be. In general, sushi went to the trash, the institution was not going to compensate, they believe that everything is fine with their order, customer orientation is zero, food quality is zero. Well OK, that was my last order.
