It is a terrible sight to see the market next to the shopping complex. Two-storey buildings on Suragagova Street spoil the whole impression of the city center. It's an eerie sight, the stench of dirt and old houses. Bazaars go to the toilet right in the bushes near two floors in front of everyone. SHAME ON PAVLODAR
