A wonderful place, 5 minutes to the metro, 5 minutes to the central beach, too, there are separate rooms, well, rooms of the "hostel" type (dorm), there is everything you need, polite communication in English, and most importantly the price tag, it is very low, it is more expensive to rent a room in Irkutsk than in the center of Busan, definitely 5/5
