Information about the delivery time on the website: when ordering before 12.00 on the same day, when ordering after 12.00 the next day. In fact, having ordered at 11 a.m., an automatic email about accepting the order arrived, and they called to clarify the information only half past five in the evening, saying that delivery would be only in a week and a half.
Why provide any information on the site at all if it does not correspond to reality. With such a discrepancy in the delivery time, the credibility of the rest of the information, including the quality of products and guarantees, disappears, since this is the same empty information on the site that is not related to reality.

The impression is negative. I made an order. The price was confirmed by phone. An order acceptance notification has been sent to the mail. Then silence... I got through, they asked me to wait a week. I called a week later, they said that the order had arrived, the car was unloading, call after the weekend. After the weekend, silence again and at the next request a modest answer, sorry, there will be no furniture. Director Inna answered the phone, and what did you want, that's normal, life is like that... I lost time with this store. The company is not interested in the customer.

Unfortunately, I canceled my order. The service is just zero. When we accepted the sofa order on the website (online), it was said that it would be delivered in 10 days. When all the deadlines passed and they didn't contact me, then of course I dialed myself. And my application was not even processed.
