More than a day later (despite the fact that they promised to give the car back in 12 hours) the car was given away with the words that there was no leak, but antifreeze was added. They took money for both diagnostics and antifreeze, and only in cash, they did not want to use a card.
During the day, the COOLANT left as before. I returned for clarification, they said that there was another shift and they know nothing, but again they took the car for diagnostics. AND AGAIN everything is fine!!!! And again, pay us for the diagnosis!!!!
As a result, I crawled around the engine compartment on my own with a flashlight and found a leak from one connection - as they later said at another service station, the clamp / mount cracked from corrosion, it weakened and flowed. It was replaced in half an hour and everything was fine.
Do not contact this service for anything - they do nothing, they wind up services, they also demand payment for "services rendered"

As a result, an hour later the wheel was flattened - I went to another place, the rubber band on the valve just tore when the pressure sensor was broken and instead of replacing the valve or gum, they just put a sealant, in the naive hope that the sealant would keep the pressure. In addition, all the wheels were pumped, 2.6-2.7 were pumped instead of 2.3.
I didn't even think about writing a review here, but here's what the situation was: we bought a promo code on cream for the second time, decided to "change shoes" there, because we liked everything in the spring. But this time it was completely the opposite. I have not met such boorish communication even in the garage, where no one claims to have a high level of service. When recording, they announced the price to us, at the exit they drew 30 rubles more and rudely poked me in a dirty piece of paper, where I had to see the very explanation why the cost had increased. But when the master, who arrived at work later than the appointed time, realized that his rudeness did not work with me, he sent it to the cashier (did not send it, sent it). And there's a lady there that I want to write about here. I stayed at the car, my husband went to pay and clarify the amount, as well as the director's contacts, and the room where the cash register is located is about 50 meters away and behind a closed door. Her raised tone was very, very clearly audible on the street. What I wrote about, as well as about the whole situation, in a review on cream. About an hour later, the director called back and apologized, said that the amount was really overstated, etc. And an hour later the cashier called and screamed trying to figure out why I wrote such a review. She screamed into the phone, and then she just dropped it.

I applied to replace the valve cover gasket, they said they would call me back, but apparently they were afraid of the work. I asked for a number of questions to diagnose, they also did not help, I went to another service. In general, two. There are no sensible specialists. You come, you show the problems. The master looks with his eyes blinks at the locksmith, the locksmith looks with his eyes blinks at the master). After leaving them, I changed the cabin filter itself - the mount was broken, the screw was screwed instead. The smell of exhaust gases was in the cabin - they diagnosed it, took the money, found nothing. In another place, it turned out that the nozzle gasket was pierced.

And whether my car started, or for some reason they put the timing belt on the tags for me, for a minute these are different things and it is covered with a casing, and the car does not start. I somehow strained, and they say that most likely something flew into the timing belt and it turned around, it is necessary to open the head and check the valves. And then I felt uneasy. I asked them not to do anything else, and the next day I took away from them, or rather dragged in a car that was not working. At the same time, at the moment I have paid about 550 bel.rub. As a result, when I found a normal master, I tightened the car to him, he still had to disassemble the engine head.and when he saw the 4 bent valves, he was a little shocked, and said that I couldn't drive like that, unless it was divine guidance.I didn't pay much more for the repairs. I decided to take a look myself, I remove the rear brake disc and see that the drums are just in terrible condition and no one has even touched them, the same applies to the guides. In the end, I did everything myself.
