After 3 g 10 months, I gave the "PROTECTION +" to repair the TV to fix the damage, they brought it with a broken screen from the repair and the damage was not fixed. Since it was winter, they told me to turn on the TV in 1 hour, because it was freezing outside. After switching on the network, there was a dent on the display and stripes on the display, the screen was attached. And they gave me the papers to sign right away, and then, like, look. I immediately called and reported what had happened.
After the showdown, TCL TV was offered. I didn't need it, I only asked if they wouldn't agree.
