I was making out an ID. I spent 20 minutes in the building, Thursday, 4 p.m. The person on duty at the reception suggested which office to contact. There was actually no queue for the ID (one person was served). I paid the required amounts at the cashier, the cashier helped me do it through the app to get cashback as well. I am very satisfied with the service.
