One disappointment in this bank, they write 14% on the deposit, but they count as 13%., I called them at the office in Minsk, and asked why they were cheating, to which they replied to me, we consider it beneficial for the bank. Very pleasant service, I applied for a car loan, specialists helped me get a loan and notified me of the positive decision of the bank. A pleasant and quite cozy office, branded chocolates in the workplace raise the mood) the only thing I didn't like was that you can't lower the rate on an existing loan, since it has decreased for new customers, but not for existing ones ... it's a shame..I had to register with another bank and cover the expensive loan with a cheaper one.
