I came to Antey to design a house, on the advice of friends. The price was pleasant and the timing was very reasonable (2019). I worked with Kirill Soich. A very pleasant person and a professional in his field. I transferred all my wishes to the project. I recommended some points. Talked me out of something. In general, the project is almost implemented and I really like it (although a couple of points came out, but it is clear that it is difficult to foresee everything).
It was very pleasant that we consulted during the construction (there were few questions, but the designer and the architect raised the papers, revised, even recalculated something).
The architectural project was also accepted the first time and without unnecessary questions. So for this strong 5 out of 5.
The only thing I didn't like was working with the design of communications (heating, sewerage, ventilation, ) The designers got in touch once and after one call they gave out a ready-made project. When you do not understand the subtleties, it is very difficult to answer some questions and adequately accept the project. As a result, one vent channel was designed in the center of the staircase (=. But this is a question more for the designer and not for the company as a whole.
To summarize, I can put a strong 4! and yes, the next project is for them again.
