A big plus: only 100 steps to the water, and the entrance to the water is as far as possible from the sewer tributaries. This is very important for Abkhazia because every kilometer sewage flows into the sea without sewage treatment plants.

Room with amenities. Very good location, close to the sea. There are shops and cafes nearby. Frequent interruptions with water, this is a minus. In general, it's good. We liked it.
