We learned about the housing balance 2.5 years ago from a friend and were afraid at first ... but still decided to take the risk, because it's very difficult to buy an apartment for a young family with a small income. We saved up for 2 years, investing more than planned to move in faster. And finally we got a call!
The selection stage went very quickly and we will finally settle in at the end of the month!
