Calls to an organization without a useful option (the only answer IS THE FACTORY)is the money received responsible ? If you knew, you wouldn't have contacted anyone.
about the hood, the measurer said to buy 60 cm, and the opening for the hood is 50 cm. We bought 60cm, but it is not included and CANNOT be exchanged (only buying another one)
