An unpleasant story happened to us, sorry for the long text, we just want to share our experience and warn those who will have to vaccinate pets.
They brought the cat for the annual vaccination. They called beforehand and asked if they had the Nobivak vaccine. We have been confirmed that there is. We arrived, clarified once again about nobivak, and warned that the cat is allergic. We were again confirmed that they would make a nobivak. They gave us an injection, and as a result, when they gave us a passport with stickers on vaccination, we found that we had injected another rabigen vaccine.
To a logical question — how did it happen? — the fun has begun.
The veterinarian began to convince us that it is you in Russia who are being asked what kind of vaccine you want, but no one here is obliged to tell you any names of drugs.
When asked to issue a fiscal check, another veterinarian came to help, gave out a handwritten piece of paper, Allegedly they do not issue fiscal checks.
When I began to persistently ask for a normal check, we were practically forced out of the clinic, saying that "we specifically came to create problems for them, and they have something to do here."
Be careful when choosing a vet.clinics and be sure to ask to see the ampoules before the procedure, do not expect that you are understood even if you speak all languages of the world.
They are always quick to receive, friendly, recently a Russian doctor Olga appeared. The impressions are only positive, in all cases the appeals helped.
