The station is clean enough, there are various shops, there is a place to sit while waiting for the train, there is public wi-fi to which it was not possible to connect))). The staff is adequate, oddly enough, there were questions, everyone politely helps in solving, in general, it's great here. There is a toilet, if sooooo necessary, if not very, then it is better not to). In general, an ordinary average train station, if necessary, you can drive.
There are few seats at the station for 1 floor. In cafes, prices are expensive - a paper cup of tea is 990 tenge. The toilet is free of charge. It is convenient to go to any way to board the train. The scoreboard has a convenient timetable and train dispatch. The help desk works politely, it is explained in an accessible way. It is inconvenient and difficult to get up and down to the train station from the street with suitcases.
The train station, this is my meeting with Astana, back in 1994, therefore, It will always be retro for me,clean, cozy, plenty of space for convenient waiting for your flight, there are guys and girls to control, well done, you feel safe
