22.03 14-45
We have an appointment for 14.30 (I have 15.00), we were 15 minutes late. The girl went to them first, instead of telling her that they would not be able to see her because they were late, or offering to pay extra or solve the situation in any way, they began to scold her, wasting time on this, which they allegedly did not have.
Zero service, disgusting customer service
I strongly do not recommend Master Ekaterina!
Just a terrible master, she was inattentive, watched the series all the time, simultaneously performing the procedure, periodically turning her head away and not even looking at what she was doing!
The laser device overheated at such moments and the procedure turned out to be very painful.
She did not give any recommendations after the care procedure, absolutely nothing, even when she did not say when to come for the next procedure.
The next day, the whole skin was covered with irritation.
If you decide to visit this salon, choose at least another master.

March 22
Faced with a disdainful attitude from the staff of this salon. On March 22, they were supposed to come with a young man for epilation for the third time. The recording time for me is from 14:30 to 15, for a young man from 15 to 15:30. I was 15 minutes late (having previously warned that I would be 10 minutes late, and received a response that it was OK) and instead of receiving an offer of an adequate solution to the situation (an elementary refusal of a service, an attempt to meet the deadline in 15 minutes, taking into account that the next client is my boyfriend and he is not averse to waiting) The receptionist and the hair removal master literally started telling me off with a smile on their face. It was very unprofessional of them.
Enter the admission rules and don't get personal. You don't need to explain to me for 5 minutes that it's bad to be late and that you don't want to do me a favor. As a result, the young man and I refused the service, we will not return to this salon.
Tell the workers a simple phrase: "You are more than x minutes late, we are sorry, but we will not be able to provide a service," and this embarrassment would not have happened. I'm a non-confrontational person, and generally listened to these crazy trilogies in silence. Maybe experts are kindergarten teachers at heart?
