A complete nightmare
Waiters are simply absent from the hall 80% of the time
They talk about prices for some items when ordering (50,000 was indicated for pasta, but when it was selected, they said about an error in the menu and called the price tag 100,000)
For 10 minutes of waiting for the waiter, they had to call him personally, to which the girl said, yes, I'll come now (after 10 minutes they called again)
The order was made anyway, they said the pilaf was ready and they would take out (they didn't wait) half of the drinks (champagne) were taken out 20 minutes after the meal.
UPD: in addition to all this, the service is 20% of the receipt

One star only per location in sunny weather. The service was terrible, until they called, they were not going to come for the order. the waiter does not know the availability of the dishes. After ordering, they came up every 5 minutes and said that there were no drinks/ dishes. Before that, they wrote to them on social networks - the only way to have at least some alcohol available is to book a day in advance, then they will "try" to keep these drinks. They also want a 20% tip for the terrible service. I strongly advise the management to review the policy of purchasing products and hiring staff.
The location is excellent. But maintenance requires attention from management. I had to repeat the order three times, consisting of three cups of coffee and dessert. We sold the order for more than half an hour. And this is when loading the cafe with three tables. This, of course, spoiled the impression, so the stars were removed.
