Once again, there is a problem with online orders!!! Then not everything in the order is reported. The SMS came that it was ready to be issued, but as a result it was not assembled. Either the product is not the same or the size. Honestly, I was silent until the last, but it was already boiling over. There is always a mess, shit and dirt in the store! It is not possible to walk normally between the shelves. Boorish staff and will not help at the request of the buyer. Because of this attitude and atmosphere, you have to go to another store (to the other side of the city). Where is the administration looking? Please do something. After all, the store is very good and affordable for parents and children. But not only our family has faced such problems, but also many friends are dissatisfied with this store and its employees.
