Zero respect for people. The boorish girl cashier is wearing headphones. I'm not talking about juice balls at all, just syrups in a film. I took a passion fruit with passion fruit juice balls, and here it's full of... also the aftertaste of sand. The horror is solid. I'm thinking of going back and complaining about this cashier.

It's horrible. Staff, service - 0 ⭐️. They shake the glass in silence, without asking if it needs to be done. If anything, in normal tea shops, guests are told that they need to shake before use, and not do it themselves in silence. Tapioca is disgusting - either they don't know how to cook, or they save a lot on it. I've never tried anything like this anywhere. A taste of disappointment for the whole day

Bubble tea is generally tasteless here, another point with the same drinks has opened next to them, that's where they do it with dignity!
